Luxury and comfort

There are 3 spacious estates with large terraces and indoor pools, sports grounds and recreation areas on the territory. The facades are made of natural stone - travertine.

The estates of the complex were built in difficult geological conditions, on the territory with high groundwater

Because of that we have placed a special emphasis on quality waterproofing. The external insulation is made of PVC Sika membranes, and the internal - coating waterproofing Remmers.

The area on which the estates are built has a complex relief and sloping.
The system of monolithic walls was built to retain the foundation and create a unique landscape.

A complex drainage system was built to drain the water. It collects water in special tanks and then pumps it into the reservoir.

We used monolithic reinforced concrete frames to enhance the load-bearing capacity and rigidity of buildings.

They are usually used in modern high-rise buildings. Arched figured windows are also cast from a solid monolith.

We used ceramic Spanish tiles to cover the roof. For good laying of this tile it is required that the slope of a roof was not less than 18%.

The slope of terraces and parking at this facility was 10%. That's why we came up with a special solution - a double roof.

All the necessary infrastructure locations have been built around the houses.

In particular - a sports complex, swimming pools, recreation areas, playgrounds.

Finishing works in classic style.

We used gypsum stucco from individual production and the best finishing materials (marble and natural wood) for interior design.
