One of the largest seasonal skating rinks in Ukraine

The main attribute of the Roshen Plaza territory is a skating rink with a 2000m² area We created it using technologies that allow us to support the work of the rink even at the temperatures above zero, so you can skate not only on frosty days.

The skating rink is an ideal place for meetings and walks with friends in winter! This is where the real winter fairy tale begins.

Retaining wall with an exclusive way of laying

According to the designers' project, the territory was surrounded by a retaining wall. We lined it with Italian brick, which was additionally treated with water repellents to protect against water.

In addition, we landscaped the area and strengthened the slopes.

For high-quality functioning of the space, we have installed all the necessary engineering networks, including in special underground galleries.

We restored the main brand store.

We implemented its interior, installed ventilation systems and carried out a complete renovation of the ceiling and walls. During the work we used old factory bricks from the former confectionery factory.
